It is not the kiss of the whip, but the whispered word...
To please one's flesh lasts but a moment;
to touch one's soul lasts a lifetime....

Sorry this has taken so long.

I am 42 years old born October 23, 1962 in council grove KS ( on my mom and dads 9th wedding anniversary ).I am the 5th of 5 boys. I have lived all my life here in KS, I dont think i would want to live anywhere else. My family lived on a farm till i was about 3 years old, then we moved to a small town south of Topeka where i lived and went to school for 9 years, I had a lot of fun growing up there. at the age of 12 i won 3 first place ribbons in the state junior olympics, the regionals did not go very well at all ended up 6th in the only 2 events i was in. The only real bad thing about the years from when i was 3 to 12 years of age was my mom and dad were going to get a divorce about every year ( i am proud to say mom and dad will be married 52 years this year ).

We lived in about 2 other small towns around this area in the next 4 years, I got into some stuff i should not of ( drugs ) and that is where my life started getting out of control big time, i never got in trouble with the law but i did get into a lot of trouble with everyone else. I went from a good kid to well you might say a hippie, School and me did not get along so when i was 16 i just quite and went to work for a friends dad ( got my GED when i was 18 ). From 16 to about 22 my life was work and party i will just say this ( not alot of what happened in those years i remember very well ).

When i was 22 decided to get a real job and went to work at the nuclear power plant doing security. working there was great beecause i got to see how they built the place, a lot of interesting things went on around that place. After i left thier i did some odd jobs till i started here a washburn university almost 18 years ago.

I was married for 4 years, the only good thing that came out of that was my son who is now 12. My son is one of my best friends we do alot of different thing togather hunting, fishing, darts are some of the things we do a lot of. My son has become more than a handfull in the last 6 months, he has ADHD, sever depression and a few things i am not even sure of that his doctor has been trying explain to me and his mom. I have him on weekends and when he is not in school, so i was dealing with him over the weekend and was not able to get to a computer to do this. it has been a very stressed out weekend for me .

Sorry if this kind of rambles here and there i am still not thinking very clear after the last 4 days.

I have my life pretty much under contol for the last 8 years, no drugs and just enjoying life as best i can.
