I don't really miss Liberty Center. One of my high school friends a few years ago asked me if I was ever going to move back there. I told him I would but I had outgrown the area; that the sandbox they had was too small for my needs.


He was upset with that answer and said "So you're too good for us?". I had to explain to him that having been out away from the limited view NW Ohio could give me had broadened my horizons. There was no way I could go back to something so small and provincial. I had grown to require bigger and better things than NW Ohio could provide.


IMO, many of the folks in that rea of Ohio are extremely right wing. A lot of people there would make Pat Robertson and others like him look like a bunch of bleeding heart liberals. It's a big part of why I don't fit in anymore. I'm too liberal for the people there.


As for Ps... there's Perrysburg & Paulding that come to mind. There are a couple of really small towns (villages & hamlets really) that start with P but I can't remember their names offhand.


Thanks for the grats on my 10th anniversary. 1st wife, the very first person I slept with too (3rd weekend after we started dating no less).


I've been posting here since mid 2001 I think. I came over here because around that time the TD mods were being forced to crack down on pointless spam. One of them said ACF was the home of pointless spam and OT. Suddenly, I started posting here more than on TD.

Perrysburg! That's it. We went a couple of years ago.. It's not to bad, but it's very flat. One of the things I like about upstate NY is the rolling hills everywhere.
