((OOC this post is mostly intended to bring the previous things back on track, forgive the cliche I am about to invoke...))

The face of Tashtego leaned close against Dandiar and growled with menace. "Ah goin' tae enjoy tearin' ye apart with ma bear hands for hurtin Lexi ye son of a ..."

As sweat rolled down Danidar's forehead Tashtego and the whole room dissolved around him. He was in a grey-white world with liquid clouds flowing across the sky. The stars were out and rippled brightly in the sky. Arcalan Hemlos stood next to a withered tree ahead of him, and her voice seemed like a whisper though it sounded like thunder in his ears.

"Do not think the skin of any mortal man can hide from my eyes what lurks beneath, Dannidas. I know you are among us, and this was but a hint of what may come to pass were I to reveal your presence. You have a few hours grace to decide what you want..."

A vison of TAshtego, terrible in his battle gear and weilding his mace swam before Danidar's eyes and he shuddered awake yelling out in the darkness.

The dream had been a dire warning from Arcalan, he knew it was no mere nightmare. His hand felt a smooth cold stone lying by his bed, and he shuddered again.

((So it was all a dream vision, Dani is still active and unknown.. we now return you to your scheduled viewing))

**A tear-stained note and familiar emblazoned cloak arrive for Crispian**

Dearest Crispian,

As my friend and Seneschal, I am writing you with my whereabouts. As instructed by the church, I have gone to pay pentinence for the grave sin committed by my hands. I have told none else of this but you. I will not run from any charges that are brought against me resulting from Hecathia's death. Therefore, if any seek me for law's judgement, please direct them to me in Lyonesse.

I cannot bear to think that my actions may have caused the death of my sister, I cannot bear it.. and so I ask to otherwise be left alone to mourn and pray. I send you my cloak which is too gay and improper to wear at such a time. Take it as a symbol of my grief and deep regret. I hope that I can soon again be in your company and that of the League. Until then, I ask your prayers and patience.

With a heavy heart,

Azaeli Hammerfel

Lexi looked around. "Sis? Siiii-iiiis?" she yelled out at the church.

A hand grabbed her and swung her around releasing her, an old man in robes stood before her. "EXCUSE ME young lady, but this here is a CHURCH!"

"Oh, I am sorry Father..." she said, lowering her voice. "I am just trying to find my sister, Azaeli."

"Azaeli Hammerfel? Oh, so you are her sister Apolexia, the troublesome one." he said with a smirk.

"Troublesome... um... no Fa..." she tried to say but was quickly cut off.

"HUSH! You cause your sister enough pain, I hear her confessions sometimes and you cause her much trouble." Lexi opened her mouth but thought better of it so closed it. "And now you come to my church and cause a racket!" He glared down at Lexi. "And look at you! Wandering here in THOSE!" pointing to the blue soot-stained smithing robes of Lexi's.

"I'm sor..." though once again cut-off as he leaned over and glared at her.

"our sister is not here, though you coming here, dressed like that and causing a ruckus, that was a mistake, one you shall pay for." grabbing her arm again. "Come with me." marching her off.

"Where we going?" she asked.

"Where else? I believe your Liege is Crispian is it not?"

"Um... yes..."

"Don't studder, it isn't proper." he said, stopping his walk.

"es..."

He looked at her closely, leaning in to her. "ou show me great disrespect. I am a Bishop of the Church." walking dragging Lexi along with him. "We shall make sure Crispian knows of this."

Lexi sighed, 'what did I do wrong?' she was tempted to ask, but held her tongue as the Bishop dragged her along... 'Crispian wouldn't like this...' she thought. 'Just got back and I'm already in trouble over something... just my luck...' as the Bishop flung open the guild hall doors.

((bump coz Rhizzia is here!))

Arcalan steadily recieved news of the days events. Tashtego was furious about Lexi's kidnapping and was refusing to leave her side. He was by her side to protect her from any would-be kidnappers.

Arcalan discovered a new recruit had brought her back, safe and sound, and Tash had welcomed him into the League in recompensse for returning his sweet Lexi. It was no time at all before Arcalan saw through to his very soul, and realised his cunning disguise. She sent a little "welcoming" gift for him that night in the form of a dream-vision. He'd betrayed one mistress already, and Arcalan wasn't certain that she wouldn't be better off turning him over to Tashtego...

Azi meanwhile had fled the city. No one knew where, but one of the riders Arcalan had employed to look for Lexi saw Azaeli leave through Cotswald on horseback. The foolish paladin probably was out looking for her already found sister. Ah well.

No reply came from Jashen yet though. She waited impatiently now she knew Lexi lived. She was glad Tash would guard that girl, it saved Arcalan the trouble of keeping her alive.

She decided to turn in for the night, and make ready to tackle Barfog on the morrow. If Jashen hadn't gotten round to a reply by then she would go alone. She dreamed of her many arguments with him that night, and took a strange joy in that dream.

Tashtego leaves his sign for Thenard to see and waits fer him at the predestined spot they had agreed upon. It was late, and the night sky offered no proof o their meetin, as Thenard uncloaked himself and walked silently towards his very old friend, not a whisper o cloth ta be heard, but at the same time hidin his face unner his heavy cloaks head gear. The sharp glint o peircin eyes only could be seen. Tashtego spoke only and under baited breath, "there is a...person...I wish ye ta follow. Report to me anythin suspicious from this...person, who they meet, what they do durin the morn, the day and the night. Be very careful old friend. This...person...could be very dangerous I beleive." Handin him a small weighted bag and a parchment with the identity o the person, he watches his friend look upon the parchment with his dark keen intelligent eyes committin the ...person... to memory and where this person could be found. That done, the parchment was destroyed leavin nothin but ash. With gold filled bag in hand, he put it into the folds o his cloak with the agility o an expert among his trade. A nod from the man, and he vanished again jes as he had come. And Tash went back ta his business o the hunt, givin no clue to anyone what his business was.
