Ok so I was buffed too. The oh they hit you hard cuz they were buffed thing is crazy Shiraz. Of course they were buffed. That is what buffs are for. Where is the archer nerfs outside of see hidden and no more 1 shot kills? I am serious in this. I took screen shots too btw in case anyone doubts that I was shot over and over again for 550 +. There was a couple 300 shots in there, but the majority were over 500. Even got hit a few times for 600+.


To the monkeys that say I should have just /face /engaged. I did, but while engaged on one scout the other 2 were shooting me. I am not whining about this, I just got off of the wall. I am just really curious to these million archer nerfs. See hidden and the no one shot nerf is all I know of.

Ok so he was buffed. Of course he's going to hit you for max damage then. I wasn't making a negative point, it was just an observation. Don't get your panties in a wad.


I was fighting Cearex last night.. my crits on him were doing like 550 and that's using the most appropriate arrows. He only had self buffs I think. 518 dmg is my cap. The only way I can do more than that is with Crit Shot or a random crit. If a Scout was hitting you, a tank, for that much either you were just sitting there like a duck allowing him to crit shot you over and over or he was very lucky and landing multiple random crits.


I think it is mathematically impossible for a Scout, even if buffed, to do cap damage to a buffed tank in epic armour.

Ehm shir, archerers hit me for 300-500 dmg a shot. But when i get shot by an archerer i dont just sit down i still /face him and run at him, even tho i am crawling by the time i get to them. All I was saying is that its silly to sit down. but if thats what you want to do, give them an easy kill then go for it.

and yes, he is always buffed. how do i know? coz every time i have killed him, half my chat log flew up coz of the long list of buffs falling off.


does he really run back to apf and get his resists redone, too? jeez.......every time i have seen him its 50%+ body resist.

I have/had played archers before.. Naw buffed archer pwn anything it shoots.

Every nerf to hit the archer class since the game came out

Ok actually my post wasnt about the nerfs of scouts, it was about the point of sitting down instead of fighting.

I have been to that site lind, and i get to hear about scout nerfs all the time, seens driak sits right behind me and reminds me about how scouts suck so much compared to the old days.


Anyhow I want to mention Sleep as a good SB. was funny fighting them two hibs together

I read that daocscout.com thing. Geez... all he does is complain about what archers lose and nothing else, he didn't talk about the good things that came from the "archer nerfs". So he wants detect hidden, he wants safe fall, he wants climbing. Or at least showed his begrudgings about not having them.


Suck it up! Archers have plenty of advantages. Just because they're vulnerable to assassins doesn't destroy their entire class, contrary to the beliefs of some of you guys out there. Heck I accept that there are classes out there that are practically designed to kill assassins. I sucked it up, I didn't whine about my class while levelling up, and this guy argues like a lawyer, giving no quarter to Mythic, only arguing (whining) his own case.
