The only time Albs have been underdogs on this server is when they couldn't win with superior numbers. What does that tell you?


frec as soon as I got we got people to get them. If we had Eras, we lost it before I got on. In the end, who cares?

it tells me there is a population problem, we all know this, but hibs and mids still go to the alb gate in emain to farm thier rps. even though they know that 8g of albs are there and they will die.


you see all the gaudy rp numbers on the herald for kos/la/release? they should send thank you cards to the 100-150 albs sitting afk at the milegate night after night for farmage.

you know what frec, a lot of people don't play for rps. A lot of people just play for fun. We all know Lance has had times where every realm hasn't had fun. Yesterday was just another reminder for Hib how much this server can suck. So why stay?

Your full of crap, 1 group of hibs you say...KOS isn't they only ones who play on hib in the last year.

they are pretty much the only hibs we have fought on a consistant basis. there might be another group out once in a GREAT while.

Going to spell out a few things for a bunch of people on here. I actually read thru almost all the bs posts on this thread, eyes started glazing by the 5th page though.


Never once can I remember when Hib was dominating that we did what you did. We never ported over to Alb, sacked all your keeps and bashed in empty doors at an RK. Why? Because it served no good purpose, it would have been like rubbing your face in it.


That is utter BS. hibs and mids were the FIRST ONES TO DO IT! You obviously have not been playing for more than a year or so. Back when hibs did dominate everywhere they went, and Albion had 0 relics, they would attack our keeps and attack our relic keeps just because they didn't like us. When we had our and mid power relics, and mids had hibs, guess who was attacking Myr? It was the Hibs, with some mids out in plain sight untouched. And yes I know this, because I was there. Being one of the extremely few people who logs alts out in relic keeps. I've also seen a couple groups of mids just farmming away at the myr guards as happy as can be. No relics there, just attacking away.


As for hibs not caring about realm defense, just because they have no relics? Cry me an ocean! That's how 80% of Albion population is WITH relics! Only time those people care about retaking/defending Albion keeps, is when precious df is in danger, or they want it back. Even then 50% of them will go zerg another realm for it, even when we have keeps in enemy hands. And then they all wonder why we lose df as much as we do. Or when a relic keep is actually under attack. Though even during those times, you'll get responses from people saying they're in emain, and can't do anything to help or wondering why they're being contacted. <rolls eyes>


Maybe the new alliance in Albion will indeed start turnning the attitudes of Albions around, maybe it'll only make them worse. Only time will tell.


Now, if it was REALLY as bad rvr wise, as hibs and mids are spewing about, why are the rps earned percentages almost equal? Mind not saying they are equal, just bloody close to it. Yes Albion has more people in it, but hibs and mids have extrodinary players in it, that grind half the population of Albion to dust.


Now for the retalitory portion of this. It was decided awhile ago, when gheris first started trying to get all the guilds to work together, that if a realm attacked Albion, Albion would attack it once that realm was pushed back out of Albion. It's been a long time in getting that portion started, but sounds like it is. The "message" they are talking about behind it is: Don't attack Albion. And if you do, be prepaired to face the results of it. You all cry and moan when Albion doesn't do anything, and now you cry and moan when they do. Grow up and decide what you want.


Codos to the hibs for trying out new "tactics" Still a d3 raid, and still just as lame. Hibs and mids have both proven they can bring the numbers when they feel like it. So they really have nothing to cry about. And codos to those who care enough about their realm, unlike a bunch of others apperantly, to try to defend their keeps against impossible odds. Take real character to try, even though you know you will most likely lose. As for those who said it's not worth the effort, well you can tell what kind of losers they are.


I say most likely, becuase I've been a part of defenses that everyone immediatly said was going to fail. I mean really, 4 albions vs 3+ groups of hibs at crauchon? What would you think. hehe. But somehow, someway, we held them back for awhile. Then Mids backdoored them, and we had a fresh army to deal with and one door already down. Mids take down the second door, and we're fighting them inside the lord room. Again somehow, someway, we held them off long enough for albions to get there. This was back when I was level 35ish, before RAs and resists, and epic armor, and all that happy stuff. Point is, you never EVER know when you will actually lose, or win. only time you ever truely lose, is when you don't even try.
