What an awesome thread to see!
*clears throat*
Well, my real name is Chris. I am 20 years old, my birthday is April 11th, I drive a 1999 Plymouth Breeze, and I am currently a junior at Michigan State University, where I am studying clinical psychology. I have a girlfriend of almost two and a half years named Allison and she is an elementary education major. I am from Beverly Hills, Michigan, and my family consists of myself, one older brother named Dominic, my father, Joe, and my mother, Aliina.
Right now I am preparing to move into another dorm next year where I will be an RA. Yes, ButtonstheClown will be my suitemate, so be sure to stick around for that because it's going to be ridiculous and a half.

Other than that, I'm becoming really focused on applying to graduate school. Right now I plan to go all the way through a doctorate program studying substance abuse and adolescents. My biggest concern is trying to find somewhere to work until I get enough years under my belt to open my own practice, but I am hoping that a hospital or clinic that works with people who are sent from the court system will adopt me for awhile.
I LOVE to travel. I have visited nearly 30 states in the US, and been abroad to Canada, Mexico, Jamaica, and twice to England. My dream trip is to Italy, but trying to scrap up something like that at my age is kind of tough so I think I'll just have to wait awhile.
My mother was just recently diagnosed with lymphoma, so I have also been spending a lot of time trying to go home from school and visit her on weekends. She is still going through chemotherapy and we hope that she'll finish it by this summer.
As far as my personality goes.. I'm probably the most mellow person you'll ever meet. I'm very patient and I'm very engaging in conversation. I respect the differences in peoples' opinions and am willing to talk about anything (which is why I think ACF is amazing!). There are a couple people from these boards that I either know in person or talk to on the phone, but I'm sure that they would agree that I'm pretty easy-going. People always tell me that I'm a wise 80 year old man trapped in a kids body.. maybe that's why psychology is the path I've chosen.
Sports are a REALLY big deal to me. I love them. I have played most of them at some point or another. Hockey and football are my favorites, though, and I take every chance I get to attend local games.
I play guitar, some piano, and I have my first bass guitar coming in the mail today. I really, really love music.. all kinds. I've been listening to it for as long as I can remember. I was 7 years old when I got began listening to Green Day and at the age of 8 I was asking my mom to buy me tickets to a Smashing Pumpkins concert. Music is a really big part of my life, and it seems that learning instruments and things related to it come very easily to me.
Other than that.. I'm open to any questions. It seems that sometimes I either ramble on or get shy, so in trying to LIMIT my rambling I'll just go back to the shyness.

But if you're wondering anything, spill it!
Question Number 1: Have you ever been caught nekkid at the fridge with a bowl of jello?
Never AT the fridge. Boy, would my face have been red.
