Oh crap sorry about not seeing this before now been busy with getting my son. Well lets see in the last year i have started college part time, I am now an NREMT so i have decided to keep going in the same field and get the EMT-I this fall and then go for the paramedic after that. The only problem is around here the ambulance company dont pay worth a dang paramedics on make $10.00 an hour.
LOL i quit my job of 19 and 3/4 years in march, i could only put up with so much from that place and felt it was time to move on. I dont have a job as of now but that is ok i will find one before long.
For those of you that dont know my son was in a wreck on Feb 24th of this year, his girl friend as killed, i was the first person there with any medical trainning and her injuries were to sever for me to do anything, even when the lifestar helicopter arrived they could do nothing but they tried everything they could. So i have spent many hours with my son in therpy ( for him and for me . My son Ryan is doing good physicaly but has had some really bad emotional problems.
I am helping a friend study for her EMT written exam 3 nights a week 4 hours a night, lol who would of thought i would be the one helping someone half my age hell i had been out of school for 27 years before i took the EMT class.
Most of my hobbie are still the same hunting, fishing, darts, coaching my sons baseball team and a few other odd an ends.
If any of you have any questions please ask away if i dont get any tonight i will be back on in the morning.

Looking in the EMT field, the hospital pay a lot more than the ambulance companys here.
