Open CD drive blow inside to clear out dust, make sure the CD stays in the drive close tray, reboot, bang the side of tower or top of desktop, pray to the god you worship or curse them...and if all else fails call tech support!

this is a really far-oout idea, but, well i cant seem to remember what i did..
OH YEAH!
i pressed that little CD drive button, and uhmmm, took the CD out!
yeah, that was it, have you tried that yet?
