Btw... if you double-click your "My Computer" icon, and right-click your CD-ROM drive, there's an option called "Eject". Give it a shot, it just might work...

uh hey, sorry i wasnt able to get back with an answer more quickly...
First, reboot your computer. Reinstall all drivers and Direct X.
Then Reinstall AC...once all this is done...remove the CD from the drive.
