This plugin uses wildcard matching to allow you to change the color, filter, or gong/sound on any text. For instance,
Someonecool tells you, "*"
could be always turned red, so that whenever this person is talking to you you won't miss it. Or you could filter this:
* has left your fellowship.
if you find those messages annoying. There is also message forwarding, so, for instance, you could send along all messages containing the word 'drudge' to another player. Since the matched text is specified by a wildcard pattern, the possibilities are endless. More information is on the webpage. Please let me know how the plugin works for you!

This morning I did some testing on Alpha4...it looks like it works with both Alpha3 and Alpha4.

I have just released a major update to VCS: it adds the ability to perform any actions you can type into the chat box, as well as support for AC's floating chat windows.
The readme has also been rewritten to make it easier to understand the process of configuring VCS.

Just because I'm not a moderator, doesn't mean I can't do my part to help try to clean up things.
And they wouldn't want me as moderator. I'll leave the explaination why for another day. I'm too busy right now to go into it.
