I thought I had a clue, but I have been working at this for a VERY long time now.


Uninstalled decal and tank.

Cleared the registry for Decal and Tank.


I can log in with just decal.

Soon as I add Tank I can not even log in.

Sorry, when I click on a character it boots me back to the desktop with one of those annoying "ACClient has encountered an error" and it wants me to send information to Microsoft.

try disabling the Character Stats filter.

I will say that in my searches to fix this I turned off all the filters except World and Echo, since I read in a post those are the only ones that Tank uses.

dunno, but it sounds like a tank issue. since i don't use it, I can't really help any further.


have you checked the tank forums?

Yup, I looked, did not see to much, but there are many here with issues that seem to be getting resolved.

eltank only needs echofilter and the id queue filter.


so you could try disabling worldfilter and see if that helps.
