I just unistalled all decal and tank folders,files, and registries, I then proceeded to download the new alpha5d the d3dx, and the new tank plug in.
upon starting decal it says the client version does not match the xml version, this may cause some plugin to malfunction.

updating your xml files will correct this problem. would you like to update now?
I click yes it does the update and all the boxes have red x's.
i changed the x's to checkmarks by clicking on them and then proceed to enter the game.
upon entering the gam there is no decal bar at all..
any fixes or suggestions is gr8tly appreciated
