What's Changed:
1. Bot should now deal with monarch characters correctly.
2. Bot should not be ID'ing anyone unless they send a tell to the bot and they are within range of the bot. Eliminated some unneeded ID'ing of people.
3, The Default BotSpells.xml file now has all the portal gems listed in it for summoning purposes (Thank you Hallow Mage).

When trying to install I get this: This installation package could not be opened. Contact the application vendor to verify that this is a valid Windows Installer package.

Delete any old versions you have of the install file, clear your internet cache, then try downloading again.

cleared cache, deleted all install versions, when I download the entire msi file is around 65k in total size and I get the error mentioned in the above post.

I just re-compiled and placed a new version up there, size is around 1.7MB (debug build).
I just did a test download and came back just fine.

Did what you asked and I still get the same message. 
EDIT: I went back in and did a better search. Found some stuff which wasn't removed. Seems to have installed now, ty! |

K, I have it set for members getting free buffs but I keep getting this message: "I'm sorry, this is a restricted bot. You have no authorization."

I had to disable "Only buff players in my Monarchy" to get it to work.
EDIT: Added armor for banes - No banes yet, right?

I just tested that out and it worked fine for me. Can you get a debug of this person asking for buffs? Also, where is the person located when they ask for buffs?
