have we asked her if she has dual client installed? as there was an issue with that and maybe she did not update dual client?


the true test would be for her to reformat and reinstall windows then ac update ac then install decal and plugins all updateed with 0 other software installed and see if the error persist. if it does then it would have to be hardware related...if not then something in windows is bad or at least was bad.

Not sure if this is even the same problem, but LTx SOMEtimes crashes me to desk top, but not often; so I don't think it's the setting per se (since I don't change any thing lol)

i have this problem. i only trying to run Eltank. crashes ACclient EVERY TIME.

Goto your Display properties...advanced...Troubleshooting.


Move the slider one click down from Full.


See what happens in AC then.

I get the acclient crash problem too. And I'm just trying to run Tank.
