Yes, I know you're all lazy. So when Decal comes up, all you have to do is open this plugin and click the giant MIGRATE button!

Heh, I made one too -- here's the link just in case you like choices in your friends migration tool... 
http://decal.acasylum.com/download.php?file=FriendsUpdater.msi
type "/friends update" to add your old friends list to your new friends list.

heh I just made a VCS filter & action to do a /loadfile, in order to sync F lists on all my toons, using Fzzt's idea.

Sorry friend yours did not work at all. I did not get an icon or anything when I logged on. I went to your website to try to see if it was command line but couldn't find a thing. If it was command line I would have hoped you would have posted some instructions.
