On the not running issue. After u buff,turn Tank off (break key) and equip yur weapon and turn tank back on.
I think Tank is tad confused after you first log in and buff. I think
it trying to put up a weapon every few secs but it does not know
what weapon to put up.

The problem with Auto-run (g) is a known issue that popped up this patch (And update) with decal and Eltank, Elgar is looking into it... it seems auto-run is disenguaging when Tank detects a mob... best thing is to turn tank off (Pause key) run, and turn it back on when you get there...
As for the inability to log on a second Character on the same account consistantly, I have seen that too, but you are getting more information then I do, mine just crashes with the "Had a problem need to close" and an ok button...
