I'd say you are still having filtered chat problems. Be 100% certain you've typed '/unfilter -all'
After that perform a reinstall of your MSXML3 as well. Seems some recent security updates have killed some installs.

made sure nothing was filtered in game , got the global responce as well , reinstalled MSXML3 there where a cpl different files with similar name there , the installer package (xmlsdk) is the one i d/l is this the correct file if not could you provide me with a link to the correct file plz. .... after that didnt fix the problem i unistalled decal and el tank then use the clean reg tool then reinstalled .... no joy , thing is that it worked fine with alpha 5 , hope there is a fix .... love the program

The ONLY thing that can cause it to cast one creature buff over and over is filtered spells. That or a really bad/corrupt install of decal.

There are other things that could cause this, but in those cases you would probably see a wide variety of reports from LT users.

Thats what I mean maddy. There just isn't any bug in ELTank that can do that. There are the known causes as I've listed.
