So far as I know, right now it's ELTank or nothing when it comes to a route finder. Oracle of Dereth will not be updated so I don't see any change to this in the forseeable future.
Ummm, a correction to the above, I believe Dereth Explorer also has a route finder, but DE is not a plugin as such since you have to alt-tab to the desktop to use it. Not a problem though if you're lucky enough to have a dual monitor set up.
As for an XP tracker, AFAIK, ELTank is really the only effective choice right now, though my understanding is that a couple of the older plugins that had XP trackers are still in the process of being updated.

GoArrow will have Oracle-like route finding. I'm working on the UI for it now...

I should have been more clear on looking for an XP tracker. What I meant I was looking for is a hud with xp tracking info.
