im like myk on this one, if i dont know a plugin dev yet i wait a couple of weeks before trying an unknown plugin. nothing personal about it, just being careful. will have to look at it some though, all the plugins i used to use dont work anymore and i just cant bring myself to using tank.

I just tried installing it and I got the same error as mfphenom did:
"The cabinet file '_BCA4476F5DF2869F412890BA29D8C464' required for this installation is corrupt and cannot be used. This could indicate a network error, an error reading from the CD-ROM, or a problem with this package."
So, I downloaded it again and changed the file name so it wouldn't have the [1] in the file name and it installed fine.
FYI - I use Internet Exploder.

Same error on install here, the first time - it happens - just right-click the DL link and Save Target As
To all you hand-wringing morons who are afraid of getting a virus because you 'don't know thw plugin author'...lol! Thanks for the entertainment. We don't want you in the Decal community anyway.

Nice attack there fella. Before you call anyone moron, you may want to make sure your post is error free. If it is not error free, the moron comment could come back to bite you. I don't normally point out mistakes but in your case I think I will because the attack makes you look fairly childish and petty.

I would find it moronic not to question a TPA from an author that people don't know about.

I have been virused from a TPA, years ago, and learned the hard way. And if I'm not mistaken, Sucamarto had a virus warning on his site at one time, because of virused TPA's. He still has a good article on Hacking prevention there, including a comment about TPA's. Anyone who would install programs blindly is asking for trouble.

I understand peoples fears, so I don't mind. Everyone must start out somewhere and build some sort of trust. My years of good posting history on these boards, plus the fact that I am an officer in our allegiance is a start I hope. Hiya me again,
Im a fairly unknown too but check their forums and you will see Im not much liked, but I will still say if Zeg says its safe then I 100% agree with him, he has been playing AC for a long time and knows a hell of alot about computers and programming.
I have used some of his experimental plugins and untilities before and have never had a problem.
Great Job zeg, from what Ive seen this is a great and highly adaptive programme, it would be great to see it develope with time to explore your true expertise.
