Tag ~ sounds very interesting ~ however I think Bethesda has asked not to use others copyrighted works ~ you might want to look into that

They have, it's one of the stickies on the mod board. They don't want you using their work in others games, and they want to repect other game makers works and ask for people not to make mods with Oblivion using it.
