What is the logic or method that determins who is "on top" on various lists?

Arch_Magi: I believe this was already answered in a previous thread.
1) Zalliun is not the Author of TreeStats and may not know the answer. He is the maintainer and owner of the server that TreeStats is running on.
2) If it is not a rank by age, level, or skill chart, then most likely it is ranking by CharacterID.
