there were issues with the login packets and spells stuff which caused some issues.. the latest messages.xml fixes it, but it still caused some problems for some people some of the time... that's the problem with network parsing issues... it doesn't affect everyone 100% of the time, and much of it is non-reproducable because of the varying conditions of the order of packets. You can't guarantee you'll get the same data in the same packets in the same order every time... and that is often needed to produce some of the results that people were getting.
