Could you post the quest definitions you're using for all of the quests that get triggered at once?
Open quests.xml (in the Quest Timer folder) using notepad or some other text editor.
Look for the quest definitions for the quests. They'll look like this:

<Quest QuestName="Burun Kings - Broodu" Days="21" Hours="0" Minutes="0" Text="Guard Hamdyn tells you, "This is for your efforts against the Burun Kukuur, King Broodu.*" Item="" Chest="" Droppable="False"/>
Also, could you post what you think is triggering it? E.g., if text were triggering it, the text would appear in the chat window just
after the "Quest timer started" message.
