Ok, am having a problem with it when buffing. Before patch LTX seemed to be working fine but since then it has been acting odd even with having updated decal and all. I did try the alpha 5 of LTX but it was really buggy so went back to alpha 4.


Anyways, what is happening is when it tries to buff me while I am in a mob of stuff it doesnt seem to catch the fact that buffs are landing. It seems to only be happening on banes and when it happens it will sometimes cast the same bane up to 7 times in a row before it realizes that the spell has stuck. I tried doing /unfilter -all thinking that might be why but that didnt help. I do have combater installed but unchecked everything to make sure it was causing the problem. Besides, this all wasnt happening before patch.


Now, if I get out of the mob and rebuff with nothing hitting me it seems to be ok. It seems to loose track of whats going on when it has to switch from buffing to healing.


Anyone know what might be going on with this issue?


Oh, also wondering what Y I V P and the numbers mean when you look under macro/mobs. Assume it means Yield, Imp, Vuln, dunno what P could stand for ... but have no idea how that info plays a role in the macro.

Ok, I think the problem is the fact that after each bane or item spell I am having to heal (because I am getting tanked). So it banes, heals, then casts the same bane again. If I can manage to get off two banes in a row it will remember that the first bane was cast but if I heal after the second bane it will forget that it was cast and try and recast after healing. If I have a mass spawn on me it will do one bane then heal over and over and by the time it gets out a couple buffs all the rest have worn out. I mean if I keep going on like this I will have to set it to rebuff me every 30 min so I dont run out of buffs.

I would say brass that wand and work on melee def personally.

My melee is almost max, my wand is max base melee and max melee tinked. I am hunting in EO so any mage is going to take a lot of damage. The plugin is screwed up.

Maybe P means Priority.. you know, so if you have Rippers and Slashers there, and you have the P on Rippers, it'll kill all of them first.


But, that's just a guess.

I think thats just the way it works in combat/buffing. It's been doing that for me a long time now and only does that when it heals


might try changing your vitals settings?

use continuous buffing if you are a mage


I had my settings at 55 buff cycle length 2 consec buffs before I got the longer buff aug

Seeing that LTx is no longer supported by the author (unless he changed his mind and I didn't see), that it is screwed up or not is of little consequence...

Well, my thing though is that other people ingame dont seem to be having this problem so I am so .. it leaves me wondering what I have done or havent to cause the issue. I have uninstalled and reinstalled both decal and lifetank and all the stuff needed to run both. I have tried both the alpha 4 and 5 but it stays the same, it cant see the fact that the buff did cast.


I will try the cont buff tonight but can see how that would really solve the issue. If I happen to be buffing when a spawn is there it would still cast a spell over and over if I am getting attacked.

ITs not the program thats doing it.. its the way you set up your vitals/buffs


LTx puts 1st priority on health... SO as your buffing you get to a bane start to cast the bane, but get hit bigtime in the middle of casting it.. While its casting it if you watch the status of the program it says its healing.. Because it wants to keep you alive more then it wants to bane you it thinks the bane didnt go off..


if your a mage, continous buffs.. 55 mins 2 spells at a time..

If your a melee.. continous buffs. and split your buffs into 3 sections ( for my archer ) its set at 80 mins and like 15 or 18 buffs.


This way you are never buffing long enough to get a big backlog of bugs.. This will fix your problem.. If you dont wana turn on cont buffs.. then you gotta sit there and watch it as its buffing to sneak in acouple heals.
