The memlocs for the latest version of Asheron's Call should now be available from the standard Decal Update site.
These have not been tested, and Decal is still in alpha, so use at your own risk.
Also with this update, we've killed off all previous versions of Decal. If you update and can't get anything to work, check that you're Decal is the latest Alpha 7 and the Filters/Services should be at LEAST version 2.9.5.0
Aslo.. before I forget.. the latest memlocs for Dereth Explorer should be..

I think something must be off on the download end, pkorourke, while it does download the files, the memlocs version remains at .2728, so just give the Devs a chance to get the files in there, before assuming all plug-ins are broken  That's last month's version, it should say .2741.
Once it says that, then you can start looking at what is working and what is not

oops...
the stupid file manager doesn't allow overwrite by default..
I had to delete the updatelist.xml and re-upload.
should be fixed now =]

Thanks Drak! Very speedy!
Sadly, Alpha 7 won't launch for me, I get the "d2dx9_30.dll is missing" error. Sure enough, on checking my export I see that I am missing that .dll. I went through a DirectX component install during the Decal install process, odd that I didn't get some error message that it didn't install.
So far no worries, I trot over to Microsoft to DL the file and whoa! Their download site is down!
So I'm stuck until I can access that. Heh go figure.
