this is after using the update utility.

I think the all X's problem is if you don't get the new client first, though I could be wrong.


I just updated decal and got them, ( the X's ), restarted Decal and got a msg about the client being out of date.


So im going to dl the new AC client, log fully into the world, and then log back out and restart decal, as I would normally.

Yep, that worked.


1) Log into ac, and let it be updated.

2) Log out, closing AC.

3) Start Decal and hit update.

4) Log in to AC again and enjoy.

I did it that way first, but tried over and over running ac without decal, then exiting, starting decal, update, still red x's and still reporting old memlocs and messages.


I've uninstalled decal, done registry wipe and started from scratch...scratching head now.

Not being a decal wiz, I don't know what else to tell you.

I just posted what I knew from experience and from helping clan mates with similar issues.

I wish I could have been more help.
