?

u say hands are good while at the key board, you dont have any idea why he is asking for a macro, all you are doing is assuming.

k, back to the point..

these are pretty anti-macro boards for the obvious reason that UCM is against CoC and cannot be discussed on these forums. While there are plenty of people who are not anti-ucm on these boards, UCMing is still against the CoC and not allowed to be discussed on these forums.

O, theres the point.

nothing that has been said is against the CoC.

Lets be realistic folks. People that talk about macroing on this forum are planning to let their computer play their character. They can not come out and say it publically because it is against Turbine's AC Code of Conduct. Plus it will end up with someone like me stepping on them because ACVault does not approve of it either.

So the folks that let computers play their characters change the wording slightly. Or they say they do Attended Combat Macroing (ACM) --> which means the computer will alert the human - Envoy detected - You need to come and take the test. Pass you are ACM and left alone. Fail the test and you are UCM and banned.

Gets off soap box. If you want to let your computer play your character. Use Lifetank or Eltank. If you want to know how to get this two plugins to do the job for you. Take it somewhere else.

no one said anything about UCMing.

QFT, but then again, assumptions about the word "macro" drives this place.

For all the anti-UCMing people know, he means ACMing programs or things like the old "InstaOG" macro ... all of which are 100% legal under the CoC and ToS.

But getting back to the point the OP asked.

I personally would look at ElTank and LifeTank for your lvl macroing needs. Now, it is between you, God, and Turbine as to how you use them and if you wish to be banned for misusing them.

Turbine has a simple method. They do not ban for UCM. What they do is give you a test. If you pass the test, you are free to go. If you fail the test, you get banned for UCM.

It does not matter what happened to cause you to fail the test. You could have set Lifetank to play your character and left town for a couple days. You could have been someone that does not even use Decal and left the keyboard because of a real life interrupt (e.g. big crash in kitchen - What the heck did Squall do now?)
