Ditto keeps crashing for me as well. I had to disable it. It got way too frustrating for me. I crashed to desktop about 6 times in 30 minutes. It is a really excellent program Gouru I hope you can fix the errors soon.

didn't see anything obvious.

AN OLD error, that i thought was fixed you may want to look at if the wand under magic tab had blanks in it for the two values (this version now has 4 blank value options) it would crash on wands.

you had to stick any number in the two blanks EVEN if wand was NOT checked then the crashing stopped.

but as i say that was back when there were two unlabeled options, now have 4 labeled options so that shouldn't be the problem.

Not sure how old is that thing you're describing but I have used Find It before (previous version of Decal) and didn't have this problem.

I've been having the same issue and I've been playing without it for several weeks now.

I thought it might just be that I don't have enough video memory, but maybe I was wrong. I stated my problem on the release thread:

If you get and run a copy of dbgview available at http://www.sysinternals.com/Utilities/DebugView.html it can capture all of Find It's debugging messages. Post the last 20 lines or so of that log and it will be a lot more useful to me than an export.

I am assuming that the 'Not getting ID data for Silver Lorica Gauntlets' is the last line in the dump?

If so, there is nothing there that would explain a crash, and checking the code the only thing that happens at that point is to go back to a wait state. It is possible that the CreateObject packet immediately after this has an issue, and it is crashing BEFORE any debug messages, however there are message that come way early in the process and I'm not seeing those.

It really looks like some kind of crash outside of Find It! based on the log here.

I also am not seeing the crash myself, so it's possible it's a configuration issue.

Make sure all your combine strings in the salvage lists are 10 characters long.

What are your settings for finding magic items with meleed/manac/elemental damage on wands?

Yes, that is the last line on the debug log.

I should be able to get in game this afternoon and check on magic item settings.

If you want I can email you the entire debug log that I made last night.

*Edit* - Would it help if I were to uninstall FindIt!, remove folders and then install again?

I'm also in the process of trying to create my own profile within game.

*Edit* - Wand settings = Mana C 8, Melee D 10, Elemental D 5, wms 6

What do you mean by this statement?: "Make sure all your combine strings in the salvage lists are 10 characters long."
