Ok, I was a bit bored this morning and so I decided to read up on how to create .msi files and make a release of my ScrollReader3 Plugin. You can download it at http://svn.ranta.info/repos/decaldev/tags/ScrollReader3-1.0.0/scrollreader3-v1.0.0.msi
Right now all it does is scan your mainpack and try to learn all scrolls with unknown spells. There is not much error/lag handling, so if you dont get a "Finished" message after a while simply hit the "Learn from packs" button again.
I will add the possibility to exclude certain schools/spell level in later versions. There are plans to add a feature that will buy scrolls from an open vendor too - but that depends on the decal devs as well (*cough*vendor inventory in WF wrapper *cough*)
Please keep in mind I am new to both, decal development and creating .msi setup files. I give no guaranty whatsoever.

Danke , kommt für meine kleine Magieren leider fast ein bischen zu spät, aber ich brauche ja noch lvl 6 und 7 scrolls für sie.

Tryed it with a couple scrolls , it was very quick in the id process i like it
Now to find me all the lvl 6 and 7 i need.

Ok, there is a known "bug" with filtering. Under certain conditions the last "  ou learn the..."-message might not be filtered. The reason for this is that ScrollReader3 only registers it's EventHandlers when you start learning and unregisters them when it's done - which might happen before the last chat message reaches your client (depending on lag). I might try to work around it, but is has a low priority, since I do not want the EventHandlers to be registered all the time - most of the time the plugin doesnt do anything anyhow, it would just be a waste of resources.
Naia: Not yet, but I hope to get some work done this weekend, so at least the plugin can keep track on scrolls you have on all of your characters and tell you which of them the currently logged in character still needs to learn. In same step I hope to get in the limiting by schools, so you can learn only item spells for example even if you have unlearned scrolls in other schools too.
