IIRC, DHS is built in to decal now.. please correct me if I'm wrong, I havent run decal for some time.

I think you must do an additional DHS install.
At next weekend (maybe earlier) I will release a new version with the chat command included.

No, it is part of Decal.
If you decide to implement a DHS key, please pre-set it to be blank, and allow those who wish to use it set it themselves. There is nothing worse than a plug-in that pre-sets hotkeys to keyboard keys and as a result, messes up any keyboard mapping the user already had, or conflicts with other DHS keys the user already assigned.

I do not set a key, it is blank. :-)
