No matter what i do , alinco will not buff swift killer on any of my xbows...
works fine for melee weaps

SK has no impact on a ranged weapon - at all. You affect weapon speed by changing the slider for ranged weapons.

It does have an effect. May not be very noticable but it is there. The slider reduced accuracy and increases spead and vice versa.
Putting SK on an xbow would probably amount to firing 22 quarrals as opposed to 20 without. Just a rough guess but I can easily test it later on to ckeck exactly how big a diff it is.

what difference does that make whether it has no effect. The fact is that it still doesn't cast a spell you want it to.
I believe that's the point.

Maybe the plugin author dealt some smarts into the app and had it so you don't waste casting a spell.

The buffing code from Alinco is years old and from origin a buffbot/tinker plugin

thats why it doesn't cast sk on a bow in the same line as it doesn't cast manaconverion
on a weapon or +attack on a bow.

welp then ill cast it manually..even if its only 1 arrow or 2 per minute, i want those 1 or 2 arrows per minute.

It's your mana I guess. But you're fooling yourself if you think it makes any difference.
The difference in that test could very easily be observer / rounding error; and based on the statements from Turbine that KNOW how these things work, you'll see nothing.
On the other hand, people still pay fortune tellers, so why not...
