yah not everyone has 2 accounts hee..
decal has alwasy crashed when switching chars..if youre going to drop mule, turn it completely off, then drop mule
youll log in and out twice as fast vs logging in and out with decal..
its not you, its decal..so for this , or if you have to to a bunch of char swapping( like muling or whatever the reason) just log out, turn it off log back in, and mule away.

thats an idea, i just hate doing extra steps. plus i like to complain sometimes. and decal is one of many thing to get my wrath

I have multiple accounts, but because of a total and utter lack of content, I shut all but one down.
I rarely used ACDC because I preferred to use multiple computers (and monitors) so I can run multiple combat macros and respond without violating the ToS.
Now that I'm back down to 1 account, the Decal crash during switching is a major pain in the butt, not because of muling, but because of "portals".
All 7 of my characters have an "active portal" where they typically hunt, and another portal (my mules all have different portals), so if I need a portal to Crater, I log on character x, cast it, then switch characters to the one that needs it and "runs through".
With Decal constantly crashing during switching, this is becoming more and more of a pain in the butt. I hope it is fixed sooner than later.

Well after they had me uninstal every thing and clean out old plugs, reinstal decal and selected plugs and uping to a 6800GS 512MB card, downloading & insalling the latest NVidia drivers mine has quit crashing when I switch toons.
/ crosses fingers so that I didn't jinkx anything.

Lifetank does this...there is some bug in Lifetank that seems to cause crashes when logging out very often for me. Could also be Decal itself. There were some problems there and Decal devs have already posted here that they will be fixed in the next version, I believe.

I've heard, and experienced the crash without LT enabled.
Hopefully we'll be able to start working on the plugin again soon.. we'll eyeball all the Charstats stuff and make sure it's all good though.

Yeah, but I think Lifetank makes it more likely. Could be something it uses in Decal, though.
