your XML files are out of date according to the export.


Look at the memlocs.xml version, and then look at the acclient.exe version. They should be the same.


If they aren't, then the files aren't compatible and will not work.

But how do i get the latest files? I have run both the internal update function and the decalutil app.

You're probably experiencing an ISP cache.


you'll have to keep trying until it works.

By chance are you using this on Vista?

If so run Decal by right clicking the icon and "run as administrator" then you should be able to update ok.


btw AC, Decal & few plugins work on Vista RTM.

Check the security permissions on Decal's program folder. On both of my systems, the Decal install cleared the permissions list.
