What does it really matter? It's for the benefit of a dying community, why make it any harder than it needs to be, Para?
Props to you, Anton, for doing this. And I agree with your decisions not to use Maggie -- a lot of her stuff is incomplete and vague.
Personally, I find COD has the best and most concise write ups.

yeah.. the file that he got was probably what we started when ToD first came out and we figured out the inner workings of the files. Be aware that during a patch, if it recognizes that the help file size has changed, it'll re create it, and you'll have to re-install this file. At least that was one of the bad points when we were doing it.
I don't really like Maggie's site for quest writeups either. It's more of a mish-mash of what everyone and their brother sends her. Also, the quests don't get updated, and don't really get checked for errors. I've tried several of the quests listed on her site, and found mis-recorded coordinates. I use them more of a starting point and stuff.

Link in signature is taking me to some strange places. Has links all over page for many things. But nothing I see that is pertaining to you. Any ideas?

Did you write some ksml and add it to the AC Help file to do this? It looks a lot like it. I didn't really look to far beyond the SS you posted but it looks good and is funtional.
I was getting started on trying to write some ksml for my own use on quests i do a lot of, coords and such.
Nice work.
