yes I have on the one compute it wored right away, this second one is a no go, no way no how.

So, you are able to log into AC on that second pc with no problem.. but when you try to load decal and hit the update button, you get red X's? The reason I ask, is I usually update decal first, then log in and it updates the client (don't ask me why I do it this way..just habit I guess). The X's remain red until I have AC updated. Then I can restart AC and it works fine.

My update also fails. Not sure if relevant but it is on a Vista box. Will try XP when I get home. I updated both boxes with the patch yesterday.

If running on a Vista box, make sure you are running Decal as administrator. See my sticky at top.

copy your killbit.xml, memlocs.xml, and messages.xml from the working computer to the non-working one.


make sure you restart Decal, and then log into AC as normal. It should work.
