DecalUtil.exe
I had the same problem using the Update button but the update utility prog worked fine.

the server is still caching data.
unfortunately until the next DenAgent release at earliest, I don't expect it to get fixed anytime soon
this problem happens EVERY patch day. People try to get the memlocs before they're ready, and end up caching the data for the day.
PLEASE wait until the Memlocs Up post before clicking Update so that you can avoid these problems.
