I have everything required that is needed to run decal.. and i get this::

First thing I'd do would be to use Control Panel to uninstall Decal. Then I'd reinstall it. You could simply have a bad install. Second, is your vid memory adequate to handle Decal? In the state Decal is in, it requires more vid memory and such than it will in its final evolution. Third, what version of Windows are you using?
The questions can go on from there, but that is a start.

eh, i'll go with i need new video memory -- cause when i'm IG and i get laggy, lots of stuff on my screen goes white..
will that cost me??

a new video card.
you can't usually just "upgrade" video memory.... it comes onboard the video card.

Well I must be one lucky individual.(which is a NEVER GONNA HAPPEN thing!)
I not only don't have ANY problems with DECAL, I have NO problems with AC in general(or in any other way). I am sorry that you feel that decal is a failure, but like I said, I am having no problems at all.
The Vid Card will cost ya, depending on how much of an improvement you buy, from $50.00 upwards to $500.00 and almost every price in between.
