they *are* posted..
how else would the downloader get them?
If your Decal Update doesn't work, it is most likely because it's being cached from a previous update attempt.

ok will try again this time will uninstall decal and reinstall i went in and deleted all the memlocs then cleared the temp internet files and went so far as to delete them on teh regedit but still update with the old memlocs for some reason .... i remember last time when this happened i had to get the memlocs manually from when you posted them transfer them in manually to the decal folder to get it to update ........ i think it our server over here ...... i am currently playing in the middle east they have quality net here basically a watch dog as you are on the net that doesnt allow you to download or restrict access from certain sites ...... oh well will be good to be back in the states after i am done here ......

You're getting a cached version.
You have to wait until the cache expires, then get the latest version.
http://update.decaldev.com/updatelist.xml
if that appears "old" (not 2926) then add a ? and some random chars to the end like..
http://update.decaldev.com/updatelist.xml?kljashdf
then it should work
