Hello, i recently returned to ac and i d really like to get a few plugins up and running but here is my problem. I have 2 computers at home one xp sp2 and vista ultimate 64 i have ac running on both but when i try to go to decal website or ac heaven or lifetankxi homepage it wont load page on either computers but i can go to work (XP on it) and get on internet and go right to the pages no problem. So anyoen have a clue what im doing wrong? Ive tried messing with security settings to no avail =(. Any help is appreciated.

I'm assuming that you can surf to any OTHER websites that you wish with your home computers.


Have you tried typing in the addresses manually instead of using a favorite or bookmark from your browser? I don't know about AC Heaven, but Decal moved to a new address a while ago. These are the current addresses that I have. Make sure that your links point to them and not old outdated addresses.

Thanks for your responce to answer your question yes i can go to any other websites. I also tried your links still no luck with ac heaven but i can now go to decal site Thanks you. now to figure out why i cant visit the other sites like actual plug in sites and Acheaven.

AC Heaven has some kind of tracking system that pops up a small box to ask for your name the first time you come there. If you have pop-ups blocked, or have your "cookie" security too tight, that might be it.


If you know which plugins you want, I can post the current link to the DL for them here, might be a workaround.

fixin to try mess with cookies and turn off pop up blocker try that i guess from what i read main plugins im lookin to use would be alinco, go arrow and lifetankxi thanks again for your help

i enabled all cookies security on lowest settings and turned off pop up blocker still no luck =/

Well i appreciate you taking time to help me out. =) By the way every link i can go to on both home computers no problems except lifetank and acheaven... but from work they all work lol i cannot figure this out. Mabey somone will read this thats had similar problems and can shed some light on it.

Well i even tried reverting my two home computers to Internet xplorer 6 from 7 because work is still using 6 and no luck... anyone else have this problem of not being able to load certain sites? would appreciate the help thanks....

What antivirus are you using and what firewall?


Antivirus and firewalls can be very picky about allowing sites to open. They may cause a popup to detect as spyware or a virus.
