I still get booted when I use tusker fists?

Tusker Fists aren't supported with LT. IIRC, you need to change the spell definition files to use it. Not sure why you're getting booted with it, though, unless it's something to do with other plugins and/or extra projectiles.

installed fix and started having the mana issue but raised mana bar to around 30% and it started to work after a few mins, so i lowered it back down and it did same thing with running out, so somewhere around 30%+ on bar seems to work, also turning turbo back on seems to have stopped the toon from "reseting position" between cast, i also had DCS, Muletrader, The Deep and Quest Timer running and did not get booted once

I have a lower level character that runs out of mana as well. Also, unfriendly player detection worked initially but as of yesterday it no longer does. These people aren't on my friends list or the LT friends list and they have shown up as unfriendly before but now I get no message or warning before they kill me.

As of tonight, it still work OK for me. I still get spam for the "unfriendly" toons.

sorry dont like it,still casts to slow and runs mana and stam all the way down,reverted back to old version and turned off turbo,that seems to be working fine so far.

Concerning the "runs mana and stam all the way down" ...
Did you check under the [Macro]/[Settings]/[Vitals]/[Settings] tab(s) and set the slider bars to your preferences?

I can't reproduce the mana and slowness of the macro.
What level characters are you playing?
Are you getting resisted a lot?
What is your mana conversion?
What are your computer's specs? Are you running a lot of programs and/or plugins at the same time?
I run just LT and can't get this issue to occur. The macro doesn't get into a casting loop until it's almost out of mana, and I barely notice a delay (half a second between casts.)
