Still not working here. Have tried restarting decal & the PC itself. Still red X's after updating.

sounds like that not updating problem some folks have OR you ISP has the dl cached and you keep getting old ones and will till the ISP updates the cache.
unfortunately as i've never had the first problem, I can't help with it nor point you in the direction of where they explain fixing it or dl'ing from somewhere else, sorry dude.
