rinse and repeat
won't seem to cast 2 wars on a row on a single target
any ideas? first time this has happned to me on a mage

make sure you do not have spells/spellcasting filtered in game

heh you ask for help, then when one of the original dev's gives you advice, you dispute it without even trying it. At least give it a try first.

I've had problems with turbo before that caused tank to respond in the same manner. Try toggling turbo on or off. If its on, turn it off or vice versa. Also, double check to make sure you have no filters active -spell or -spellcasting. You could of have had both on. If that doesn't work try turning off looting and salvaging for a minute to see if it still happens.

/unfilter -magic (this one might be /unfilter -spells as well)
/unfilter -spellcasting
/unfilter -combat
Also, this happened with a guy about 3 weeks, we tried just about everything to help him out and nothing worked. Crelic suggested that he delete all his profiles, files, and completely re-install. It seemed to work, and it's worth a try.
If none of these work, log into the irc channel, and send one of us a debug (preferably FX (Pip in irc) or Xeon), since I am leaving to go back to the states tomorrow, so won't be next to a computer for a good 28 hours or so.

Its because it can't tell when you have cast a war spell. If you hit 'debug' I bet you'll see a lot of these:
tmrSecureCasting timer expired. Resetting casting flags.
If those other unfilter's don't work, then try /unfilter -all
