Drakiers Dual Client and Vista is it possible?

I saw at top it mentions decal but when I try to install install drakiers dual client it keeps asking me about frame work but I have .NET Framework 3.0. So, not sure what to do if there is any fix for vista people.

The problem is for more clarification that it says I need so and so .net to install this application but I do have .net 3.0 so... Not sure what to do. I have tried to run it as administrator that does the same thing...

Each version of .Net is a separate "product" and doesn't include the prior versions (you may say it's not "backwards-compatible"  and therefore you need to install all versions of .Net that your apps/games will need.

Try this link at Microsoft for the 1.1 version .Net 1.1 Redistributable Package. For the others just do a search at MS for Net redistributable and it help you find em.
