Decal help please --- Den Agent error?

OKAY:: during the installation of decal:: it says finished, then i get this den agent failure::
like so;

then when i try running ac with decal on i get this::

...................................
and i would give you my exports but i cannot get into the configure screen to show you my exports.....
Please help.

What .net frameworks do you have installed? Do you have the requirements listed on the decal website?

look in add/remove programs in control panel

I see you have decal running in the bar. What happens when you manually start decal and try to open it up? Does it open and can you do an export? Try to get decal working properly before you try to log onto AC.

i'm running windows xp
and when i try to open it : ie configure it... It wont let me, i get the Den Agent Error message =/
