i've tried that 3 times now. no luck still.

It looks to me like a graphic error, but I'm not sure what else to tell you to try. Maybe someone else will have some suggestions. Post another decal export so people can see the changes you made when you updated your video driver.

i updated windows. its downloaded and installed everything, i restarted computer, still doesn't work i think i'm just going to break and by a laptop or something

did you re-install Asheron's Call, Decal, and ACDualClient after updating?
