Jacob, I always use the decalutil in the install directory rather than he update button as it just works (compared to the update button which tends to NOT work as intended for, been like that for half a year maybe).
Decal Dev's, Thank you kind Sir(s) for the Utility itself and the New memloc's.

Or, just not have it running, start it up and it will detect that your memlocs are not correct and will get them.

The update button doesn't work everytime you press it if you've already pressed it a few times. To be sure it is actually trying to update, simply restart Decal and hit update again.
