It sounds like VTank is doing stuff when LTX is trying to loot. Generally, running two programs which try to take actions with your character can cause problems like this.

^I get this error and I don't have VTank installed, in fact I've gotten it with just babel fish and LifeTank

yeah the biggest thing that is weird is it is happening at one spot and not another as i am running dual clients with the exact same thigns running

Yeah, I'd say it's definitely unrelated to vtank, since I don't have it installed either.

Update!!
I took it off turbo mode and it seems to be working well, with the error only a few times for now... ill get back with info later though, as it seems to happen after usage for awhile

i threw together a computer and going to give it a try with dual client on a windows xp home computer and see if that makes a difference

please read the End-User License Agreements of your installed plugins.
You cannot use any of the It! plugins (other than Mule-Trade It!) in conjunction with any automated combat macroing application/plugin such as (but not limited to) LifeTank. Doing so violates the agreement you agreed to upon installing said It! plugins.

You can't even have them installed on the same machine, per the user agreement.
Disable all plugins that ID or loot, except Lifetank, and see if you still get the error. Only time I ever get it is when I go to loot a corpse, and it disappears.

Yaroz: last I checked, you could have them installed, but they could not be enabled at the same time.
Last time I checked was also about a year ago though so thinks MIGHT have changed.... but last I knew Gouru only didn't want his plugins used in conjunction with. It had nothing to do with them being installed.
I'll go read the latest EULA and comment again.
Edit: sure enough, it says INSTALL...
