It's broken. Fixing it is a big deal for people who do so for free, they have to physically access and perhaps replace the machine. Why are you complaining? It is not hard to go to a thread and download a copy of the memlocs that has been posted by numerous people.

As for the original issue, we don't like tracking multiple threads. It makes support EXTREMELY hard. Not to mention it clutters the board for other users. That's why I said that there are already posts on this subject. To find one of them and use that instead. Then all the related posts are in the same place.


As for the ETA's, it's a known fact that Decal Devs do not like being asked for ETA all the time. This is nothing new. The REASON we don't like being asked for the ETA all the time is because we don't always HAVE an ETA to give. If we HAD an ETA, we would have posted it already. We're pretty transparent like that. Ask anyone who has been around and they can tell you that when we know, you generally know. So there is little-to-no point in posting asking for an ETA.. especially in a thread that is a duplicate of one that has already been established and contains all the relevant information.


So how about you get over yourself. Or maybe you should try being on the other side of the fence once in a while. It's easy to throw stones and insults when you're on that side. Try switching sides and see how it feels.

First of all I appreciate all the work the decal staff puts into it.


That being said I don't appreciate your condescending attitude because I don't see an official post on the matter. If their is please link it.

I'm just saying that there are already status threads, and in general we don't like people asking for ETAs because as I said many times before.. if we have an ETA then we'll tell everyone. We don't have an ETA so I don't have one to give you.

The Decal Devs aren't customer service. They're the free mechanics. Dragging them out from under the freely provided bus to ask them how it's going isn't like calling the girl at the front desk. They don't have to be good at diplomacy and tact. And Drakier is nicer than some I've seen. Be happy.
