I crash at about every 4 hours


and I normally do not have fortune hunter on while just hunting... I do crash around 4 hours like others report as well


I have the newest drivers for my video card, I did have 2 cards but one was sent back waiting on another one.. I just upped the memory from 4gb's of 667 to 2gb's of 1066.. these issues were also going on with the sli formation and the 4gb's of ram... so no change yet, I changed my usb wireless adapter from a cheapy to the DWA-130 Wireless N USB Adapter with My Belkin Wireless G+ MIMO Router.. I moved all files from under program files to My Documents.. also turned off the access thingy under user accounts... so I am really at a loss here


don't let me forget, I have also turned graphics all the way down as well.. tried changing my view from reg to overhaed to cut down on graphics used

For as long as you're running LifeTank + DarkSide Filter, you are going to crash about every 4 hours. *shrug*

so what is darkside?...lol.. and can I do without it?.. I use two things like crazy.. dual client and lifetank.. that's primarily it anymore, was going for some golden gromnies so I have been using fortune hunter lately, but thats it

Might try removing those... or updating them so they are correct.


That said, LifeTank leaks memory, AC leaks memory, Decal ties up memory, so eventually you are going to crash. Where you setup and what you are fighting usually determine how long before the crash.

Lifetank requires Darkside filter.

ok, so if I am not using alinco and virindi(uninstall them), and up my memory, should that make a difference?

I have this EXACT same problem. There seems to be no answer to it. I have no other plugins on, and only 1 acct running. Granted I have a terrible video card but i've tried everything I know.

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling several times. Even downgraded versions and graphics and everything. 4hours is the max I can do. Any solutions?

Considering that multiple people using Lifetank have said that they crash after 4 hours, it sounds like the problem is with lifetank itself. If that's the case, there's nothing you can do on your end to fix it other than stop using lifetank.

Nope, I tried last night uninstalling lifetank and I installed Virindi tank, same result. So it must be something with your comp. Any ideas?
