I've noticed it slows down faster in areas such as GY and Colo. When in the smaller dungeons it can go a while. I am not using auto attack or anything, just simple buff and healing while running.

But once the slow down starts, you can only stop it by logging out. So it really does mess things up when you have a timer or in a no log out area.
